Awful Return PolicyIn this day and age of convenient online shopping, it was most distressing to learn that there is a NO REFUND policy with EUG even when the merchandise is returned according to instructions. Customer is also responsible for the return cost. Much too inconvenient. Please read the return policy before purchasing. Buyer beware!!!
